(Mopar) Evap purge valve is in, had code P0452 - P0455:

After new Mopar EPV installed code P0452 came back (did change the valve on the air intake manifold with a Standard part ( not mopar) to exspenive

Cleared the codes we will See....

What should I look for on the P0452

Got 2 months before inspection

What should I look for on the P0452

Here’s the troubleshooting guide for P0452 from Operation Charm:

One thing I saw in a quick scan:

- Set Condition:
At key off, the PCM energizes the Purge Solenoid for a calibrated amount of time (30 seconds maximum) and stores the state of the ESIM switch. The state is evaluated again at the next key on. If the PCM does not detect that the ESIM switch is open, an error is detected. Two Trip Fault. Three good trips to turn off the MIL

Suggest running it normally for a couple/few days and see if the system resets itself.

On emissions repairs sometimes you have to run through a drive cycle afterwards to reset the readiness monitors so it passes emissions testing:

I'm told it may take three drive cycles -- start cold, warm to drive temperature, then cool completely -- before the CEL will reset itself. I had quite a time of it last year, but I finally got there.

Yeah, sometimes it won't reset unless you follow a specific set of steps e.g.,

O2 Sensor Monitor Drive Trace
Idle for 5 minutes
Smoothly accelerate and maintain a speed above 25 mph for 2 minutes.
Stop and idle for 30 seconds.
Smoothly accelerate and maintain a speed between 30 to 40 mph
Repeat idle and acceleration to 30-40 mph five times.

I remember someone else going through it a while back and they were nearly fit to be tied.

Their emissions were due and even after several lengthy trips without issue it still hadn't reset so it woudn't pass. Going through the steps finally took care of it.

Just got back from a night run following the instructions around Our industrial park.....

Damn they need night lights around that area....

You would think they have some since that's where the U.S. Secret Service Officce is.....10 miles outside of Atlantic City (Casinos)

We'll see if this works, im a believer

Next 3 project's, dont know if it's 3-6-9mos or 2 yrs down the road looking to replace front & rear left & right axles & head lights housing...

TRQ, Moog or ?

I haven't had to replace the rear axles yet, but the fronts were replaced with Cardone Select (new, not reman) about 8 or so years ago. They were fairly cheap (chinesium, not rebuildable, no exchange required) compared to OEM and are still working even being used with a lift.
