Might be the (fairly) common leaky weather stripping in the cargo door/sunroof. I know a few others have complained about similar issues in the past though I have not been personally affected with my 2011. As far as the fix I'm not so sure personally but I know other members will comment shortly with better info.

There are several leak threads on here. Try using the search window at the right end of the green menu bar above. You can probably turn up a few.

They might be older threads because in the first few years of the Patriot leaks were a common problem. Sandstone is right on -- most were the result of clogged drain tubes.
