2017 was the last year of production, and probably less issues.

2007 has defenitely issues, late 2007 (2008models) already have some major upgrades.
Early years are know for rusted subframes, especially rear. Both my 2007s got new ones.
Can recommend Patriots if you can do a bit ot work yourselves. If not it might get expansive/irritating to visit garages every now and then.

There's OEM and aftermarket parts for most of the more common things, though some aftermarket parts aren't as reliable.

"Dealer only" parts, like skid plates and tow hooks, factory radios, etc. tend to get bought out and might not be available other than salvage or through a re-builder.
