Just acquired a 2011 Patriot Latitude X with only 45,000 miles on it from my mother. Yes that is correct, only 45k. It pretty much sat for most of the last 10 years. New tires went on yesterday. Runs like a top, except for the clicking blend door actuator.

If it has the CVT, it could probably use a fluid and filters change (30-50k).

Welcome! Ditto @Sandstone. The maintenance interval for the CVT in the owner's manual is woefully inadequate. Your CVT is young so get the tranny serviced and you should be good for many happy miles! See ya around the threads!

Hey nice to meet you!! That clicking sound drove me nuts until I changed out the actuator. If
memory serves there is three of them. They are kind of a pain to get to...advice, if you replace
the one on the passenger side, disconnect the battery so you do not accidentally set off
the air bag.
