Everyone,
Jeep Patriot 2011 currently in shop again. Serpentine belt won’t stay on pulleys. AC compresser replaced/tensioner/harmonizer replaced. They can’t figure it out. Driving me nuts. Jeep rides great, minus this issue. Anyone dealt with this?

This is not a common Patriot issue at all. It's probably the first time I ever heard about it in the 11 years I've been a member here. I'm sorry that I can not add any assistance beyond what can already be found in a Google search. You don't mention that the other 2 idler pulleys were replaced. My first hunch is that one of the pulleys is riding crooked, not parallel/plumb to the line of belt alignment. But your mechanics should be aware of all the possibilities. Maybe one of the new parts is bad out of the box? It happens. I've been preaching in almost every post of mine to be wary of today's aftermarket parts quality.

Good luck. Please follow up with the solution.

Lately a few people have had this problem when replacing the idler and tensioner pulleys. Most found the new parts mount too close into the engine allowing the belt to ride off the edge. Also, there are a few different belts depending on an automatic or manual transmission. Some have had luck putting washers behind the idlers to space them out. I just recently replaced mine using all gates idler and tensioner assemblies and a Bando brand belt and all is fine.

Just got off phone with garage. They just went through everything again. Head mechanic called he said he can’t see anything wrong they ran the Jeep Patriot for 30 mins and hasn’t moved. Not charging me anything. This garage has always been great. I’ll update if it goes down again. Hitting Mass Pike tomorrow I’m Massachusetts hopefully this works.
