hello everyone I am brand new to the forum and I was wondering if anyone knows what the big computer looking thing is with two big plugs on it that is on the air box?

or, failing to follow the above...post pictures and your thoughts on what happened, OK?

One of the plugs runs the entire vehicles' CANBUS system, the other one is transmitting data to the NSA.
Trouble is, they won't tell us which is which.

so...you go first.

Remember...pictures.

So, I actually disconnected the two large cables on the air box so I could remove it to get to the back of the engine to replace the crankshaft rotation sensor (see screenshot)
. I DID NOT DISCONNECT THE BATTERY.

After putting everything back together and reconnecting the two large PCM cables, the car cranks but won’t start. And, the ODB is now reading 13 new error codes. Does anyone know if there’s something special I need to do now that I’ve disconnected and reconnected these two PCM cables? I admittedly overlooked the big sticker on the air box illustrating to NOT disconnect these cables.

I responded to your other post. You should always disconnect the negative battery cable before disconnecting the PCM or damage can result.

Try disconnecting both battery cables, touching them together and leaving them for about 10 minutes, then reconnect and hope that everything resets.
