For starters, try checking fuse #3; it's for the center mounted brake light.

 

Checked that fuse and it was okay.

Update- Replaced brake light switch due to it being damaged and checked number 3 fuse.
Brake lights works now besides left rear. Left rear turn signal still not working and rear running lights still not working.

 

One thing in common is connector C3 on the TIPM. Check to see if it's loose or corrosion on the pins.

 

Another thing to check is the bulb socket and wiring. Both of my rear turn/brake light sockets melted enough to not work. I had to cut off the old ones and solder on new ones. Then I switched to LED bulbs so the cheap sockets wouldn't melt again.

 

I found another issue the yellow wire has a 15 amp fuse that keeps blowing but I am having a hard time figuring out what circuit this is for. Any ideas as it is on the positive battery cable, and blew as soon as I replaced the fuse?

 

That wire with the fuse is not factory, someone added it in.

Trace the wires and see where it goes.

 

If you are putting a fuse in that yellow fuse holder check your trailer hitch. That's what mine is connected to except my wire is red. Fortunately I'm not having any problems with it. See if you have a hitch and go from there

 

It was the wiring for the trailer hitch that was causing most of the problems. Ripped out the old one and installed a new one, it fixed the remainder of my problems.
