I just bought a 2016 patriot and am itching to lift but I have looked and can't find anything any suggestions.

There's NO WAY you actually tried looking.

There's only about 1,000 threads on here about lifts.

There's the Rocky Road Outfitters 2 1/8" lift.

And the STU Coil Lift which gives about an inch on 2011+ 4x4 Patriots

Any new updates Quinn? I just bought a 2016 Jeep Patriot 4wd and would love to lift and get bigger tires. I understand what's out there but don't know why the mixed reviews.

Who wants to sift through 1000 posts about anecdotes? I wish there was a sticky post that lists people's experience all in one post: year, model, lift kit, rims, tires, total price, pros/cons, drive style, and etc. Perhaps a poll too? Hope a mod sees this post to make create a comprehensive guide.

That way newbies like me can get a good background on what's current and then make an informed decision. I just see the same posts over and over and people repeatedly saying to do research instead of resolving the question.

I don't know that much about Jeeps so I'm looking to you guys before I give up and go to the dealership.

Another mod already made a "sticky" on the subject. Despite the title it's not just about the RRO kit or just one persons experience. Please take a few minutes and read through it.

If you don't find that helpful, then I suggest you contact the manufacturers of each lift and ask them if their product will work on your year/model, how much lift you'll get, and the pro's and con's of their lift vs. the competition. Then you'll have the most current information available that's specific to your vehicle, sans personal anecdote.

You can ask a dealer, but many will probably just tell you the Patriot wasn't designed to be lifted and if you do lift it you'll void your warranty.

I have a 11' and I now have smaller rims and bigger tires. I have gained about 1.25 inches in height from the oversized tires but I'm still looking for a little more. I'm going with the STU coils only because I drive about 500 miles a week to and from work and I think the RRO lift would put to much strain on the CV's with that much driving. But again it's all about what your looking for and what you want to do with it. Also I got the bigger wheels and I'm lifting it because I need the ground clearance to get to the hunting camp on snowy seasonal roads in Central New York
