Throttle body cleaning?

Can I clean throttle body while on my patriot I have a very rough idle in drive it vibrates and I've done everything to stop at new plugs new coils air filter I changed my oil I cleaned the PCV valve still a rough idle someone recommended cleaning the throttle body I don't want to have to take it off can anyone help
anyone help

You can do it on the vehicle. Remove the air pipe from the filter housing to the throttle body and you should have just enough room to get to it. Have a helper hold the engine up around 2-2.5k rpms and spray it out. Of course once the pipe is off, it's only 5 easy bolts to remove and one electrical connector to remove the TB too. You can easily reuse the o-ring gasket on it too.
