I'm not sure about the 2014, but the earlier models had relays inside the TIPM (Totally Integrated Power Module or fuse block). Try looking on the inside of the TIPM cover for a label with info on the relays.

 

On my 2008, there is a relay box under the battery tray on the inside fender. You should be able to reach it. There are fan relays in there.

I just experienced a problem where my radiator fans ran even with the car off and when I came out in the morning, the fans were running and my battery was dead. I had to disconnect the negative battery terminal to shut off the fan.

It ended up being a relay that had one of the pins/blades broken off cause of corrosion. Once I pulled the relay, the fans stopped turning. I haven't replaced the relay yet but #2 fan still works.

Your fans should kick on if you turn on the air conditioning.

 

I saw those Relays, there are 4 and they are Omron Relays, but there is no labels as to what they are for, I try to google them but can not find any info, and yes Sdsjeep2008, I turn the AC on and not one fan comes on.

OK,
There is voltage going to both fan connectors (13.4 vdc), how is it possible that both of the fans go bad at the same time?, I can spin the fans with my hands and there is no resistance at all.
there is something missing here, any thoughs?

The problem one for me was the upper right hand side one. If you buy a new one, you can switch it one by one with each of the four to see if any of those is your problem.

 

Try doing a search for the part number printed on the relay. For example:

Hm. Getting voltage at both and they spin freely? If they are getting voltage doesn't that mean that the relay is working? Maybe you should be looking for a bad ground. Have you tested the relay to see if it clicks on and off?
