I moved it from Knowledge Base section
Got these three fault codes after an engine light came up on the panel. Feels like turbo doesn't give enough boost especially when driving uphill. Turbo Solenoid is a new and working. There is a strange sound as well, not constant but when the car is cold. The sound is followed by the engine shake/twitch a bit.
Any help please where and what to look at. In addition to that there is no power on the OBD connector. We had to power it directly from a battery to read the codes.

I've read about hoses leak problem here, I'll check them today but if there is something else to check while Im under the car please let me know.
Does anyone have a wire schematic from turbo actuator, we are thinking to call all the wire connections to it.

This is an update from todays evening.
We were able to find the first error: P2008 intake manifold runner control circuit open. There was one sensor that is attached to the battery tray had a loose connection.
We pressurized the turbo hoses for any leak and splits, they were holding a pressure very well so no leaking thru hoses. Then we dismount a MAP sensor 05149001AA and it was pretty clean and no any visual defects so we put it back. Than we check the wastegate actuator and it seems to be working fine, it is not jammed and the rod moves quite well (tested thru OBD connection). Without any hope that it is gonna work we assembled everything back together and test drove the car. And surprisingly we got a power from turbo, the car was boosted like a new but this was not for long. After about 2-3km driving uphill at the almost full rpm the turbo stopped working again.

So the question is how do we proper test wastegate actuator and MAP sensor to make sure that one of them is dead or both. Maybe there is something else that keeps giving us P2365 (turbocharger position sensor circuit performance) and P2099 (turbocharger underboost) codes.

BTW, the shaft inside turbo was ok, no critical plays and it spins quite soft.
