If it's just the radio with no sound check the antenna it's connections.

If those are good it may be a problem inside the radio; solder joint, component failure, etc. and you may need to replace it.

Perhaps someone else can chime in with more info/suggestions.

 

Does the volume on the display increase when you turn the volume dial? If not, than the radio is shot (like mine was). If yes, then I'm not sure

 

I determined that the radio was shot. I upgraded to a bluetooth. Thanks for the post.
