it wont even go 2 MPH theres absolutely no power to the throttle. Throttle body maybe?

Possibly, but it usually causes the "lightning bolt" / ETC light to come on.

As Ignatz mentioned, a good next step is to see if there are any codes set or stored.

Since cycling the ignition apparently clears the conditions, I'd consider driving with a scanner that can log and store data from various sensors and modules to see if you can catch whatever it is when it happens. Otherwise you'll just end up throwing parts / $$$ at it and may never know if it's fixed.

Another option is going to a reputable dealer for a diagnostic, though they may not find anything either.
