What came first, Patriot or the egg?

 

I found out last night about the Jeep Easter Eggs. I looked around my 2015 Jeep Patriot today and haven't found any so far. Do the Patriots have them and has anyone found any on their Patriots?

There is a small Jeep Patriot Easter egg I have found. It is under the hatch to get to your spare tire all the way to the right. So it is is in the right corner of the hatch to your spare tire. I’m not sure what it means or represents though
