It could be a lot of things including too much resistance in battery cables or bad grounds. Don't just replace things willy-nilly. Do some research and actually test components. You can test and alternator and battery with a digital multimeter.

Anyway, what code are you getting?

 

Not getting any codes. Took it to O'Reilly's, they sad it was a bad alternator replacement.

 

According to the manual there's a fusible link between the alternator and the starter at splices s101 and s150 (see below).

Also, check the battery cable connection at the TIPM, make sure it's clean and not loose.

 

I'm having a similar issue with a 2009 jeep compass 2.4L.. is the wiring the same?
It's not my car, just trying to help out, has a new battery and 2 new alternators. Now it was intermittent at first, car would show battery and stall, then restart fine with no light. Now it just isnt charging.. I'm trying find something before they go buy a new pcm..

 

You could have blew the large fuse in your fuse box. You can disconnect it and check it with a tester set on ohms.

Check the largest fuse. It normally is on the positive wire coming in.
