I don't know what all has been checked or tried, so I'll just throw out some suggestions.

You can try checking fuse #2, it supplies power to the AWD module.

It could be a problem with the AWD module, the ECC (electrically controlled clutch on the front of the rear differencial) or it's associated wiring and connectors.

If you have access to a code reader that can read all make and model specific codes, there might be a stored code that could help point you in the right direction.

So i hooked up a code reader and it didnt show anything for 4x4 just two oxygen sensors popped up so its not showing anything for a code when the 4x4! Is blinking

 

I don't know what kind of code reader you have, but if it's one of the less expensive models they usually can't read much more than generic codes (no ABS, body codes, etc.).

Ummm, are you sure the traction control light isn't coming on? That would be normal when you have wheel spin

 

They basically are all wheel drive as needed,per the computer.youay have a differential issue.

 

Try resetting the ecm,or could be an engaging issue.possibly a transfer lock hub issue.
