2016 jeep compass 2.4L The serpentine belt keeps coming off with in seconds! Everything is new! Pulleys,water pump, power steering, idel except the AC compressor. I have a pulley lazer level tool and it kinda looks like the power steering pump is tilted but there is no adjustment for that lol any ideas what is going on?

If the belt problem started after (and not before) all the components were replaced then one of the new parts is more likely the issue.
Just checking the obvious--OEM belt? Any replaced idler pulleys/tensioner in past history? Proper alternator (OAD)? Any other info that might help us diagnose? My first guess is something to do with the tensioner, but it's just a guess at this stage.
