If the belt problem started after (and not before) all the components were replaced then one of the new parts is more likely the issue.

From what I see with the pulleys I think it's been going on for a long time

 

I had that happen once, ended up the tensioner was not putting enough tension on the belt. But you also noted that the power steering is tilted, get that fixed first, may have to replace whole pump.

 

Just checking the obvious--OEM belt? Any replaced idler pulleys/tensioner in past history? Proper alternator (OAD)? Any other info that might help us diagnose? My first guess is something to do with the tensioner, but it's just a guess at this stage.

 

Everything is the same and this morning I was watching the belt and sounds like the a/c is locking up and letting go.
