2014 Patriot!

Just traded my O4 SRT4 in for a 14 Jeep Patriot on Tuesday night. This site has been full of info for me! Thanks.

I needed something with more room and the extra comfort is nice too! With the Jeep I got that in addition to having a little style.

So far I'm really liking the ride. Glad I stuck with a Chrysler product.

The TPMS light flashed and then went steady on my way home from the dealership! I figured it meant they just didn't inflate the tires all the way at the dealership so you'd get a soft ride on a test drive but it turned out they were all inflated correctly. Then I looked in the manual and saw that a steady light meant there was a malfunction. GREAT. I have an appt to have it checked out on Monday. These type of systems seem to always be a pain.

Also... I'm looking at some aftermarket parts and have been browsing the forums. A lot of info I'm finding is a little dated. Most parts I find (wind deflectors etc.) only go up to model year 2013... besides the 6 speed is there a difference?

Great forum!

Thanks all.

It's a Mineral Gray Metallic fwd Latitude.

Really digging it. And, trust me, it was REALLY hard to get rid of my SRT4.

Now that I know the 2013 accessories fit I'll probably pick up the AVS Bugflector II and in channel AVS Vent Guards unless anyone says otherwise. They're available locally.

Does anybody have any suggestions for a cargo mat that covers the back nicely (including the folded down portion of the back seat?)

I got a set for my patriot, front back and cargo area for under $100 on ebay. i really like mine and they seem to be pretty rugged- i have hauled wood in the back without damaging it at all.
If you go to ebay and jus google "2014 patriot floor mats" should come up with about 100 choices.

Congratulations! Welcome. There are a number of clever mods on this site - one really sweat looking one using mats from Walmart for the back. I trimmed my Mopar liner from my Liberty. Just so you know, if you need to carry something dirty before you get them, you can flip the cover over the tire.

Congrats on your Jeep! Hopefully they will fix that TPMS for you.

Both the Mopar rear cargo tray and the Rugged Ridge cargo tray are great options. I have the mopar one.

In terms of covering the rear seat back portion, here is the solution I came up with. A few others on here have done it as well. I go camping, etc a lot and wanted to keep my seats nice and clean!

I'm really digging this ride. Except for a run in with a good old fashioned speed trap 2 hours way from my home it's been a pretty good experience!

I mostly work out of my car so it's nice to have the comfort, quick turning radius, a little extra ground clearance, and the ability to put on my raincoat without doing yoga moves like I had to in my previous car. The 26.39 mpg I got at my last fill up is terrific too!

I had to bring it back to the dealer on Friday because the TPMS light was on steady. They had to replace the sensors in the back two wheels. It cleared the light. Unfortunately the light came on again today!!! Any suggestions? I've been searching the site to find any info. Seems like it's been a problem for many. It's not flashing so it's not a pressure issue, it's on solid. I'm guessing they're just doing sloppy work assembling the wheel/tire assembly.

Take them off. most aftermarket wheels don't work with them anyways. Mine is always on because they didn't work with my black rock wheels. It dings once at me when i start up and then stays on solid but doesn't ding anymore.
Or if this bothers you to much, they may just need to reprogram them to your jeep... shouldn't be that hard to do or expensive...
