2008 Patriot - Lifetime Powertrain Warranty - Is there a way to contact JeepCares on here?

Hey Guys,

TL/DR: Anyway to contact JeepCares for warranty information besides 800-992-1997?

I have a 2008 Patriot which I have taken care of since I bought it. 205,000 miles on original trans and motor. When I purchased the Jeep, it included lifetime powertrain warranty. These last two weeks the transmission has started whining, I took it to the dealership in Southern California. They told me the transmission has issues and may need replacement/rebuild. I asked them to do the work under the warranty but they are saying it is not showing in the system. I have done all recommended maintenance (with records) and got all 5 year inspections done. I even called two weeks ago to make sure my warranty was active before taking it in (they confirmed over the phone).
Now I am calling back 800-992-1997 and they hung up on me twice. The last rep told me to reply to a non-existent email but I haven't received any email.

Does anyone on here have any other way of contacting them?
Is there any other way of confirming warranty or sending the warranty to the dealer?

Thanks!

UPDATE: for any future people if they search on here..
Ultimately in July 2023, Jeep put a new transmission into my 2008 patriot which has 205,000 miles on it! Runs like brand new.

Unfortunately, Jeep Cares and the Jeep Dealership gave me a major runaround for 3 months. From stating that my warranty was invalid to creating crazy excuses saying I never did the inspection (which I did with proof). I live in California and was only able to make headway by contacting the DMV, our taxes pay for mediators who deal with manufacturer warranties. I received a response from Jeep just two days after the state got involved. -> NMVB Home Page
