My wife's patriot just quit blowing cold air when temp knob was turned to cold.(Blows room temp air). Started making a clicking noise the same time she turned temp knob and it stopped blowing cold. AC was great till she turned knob.. I found clicking noise and replaced the blend door actuator so now it gets hot on heat but still room temp on cold. AC comp is running is there something that shuts off coolant flow to inside of car? Core still HOT.

After changing the blend door the system will need a calibration so the door knows what the full ranges are. I know you can do this with a bidirectional scan tool, but I'm not sure if there is a way to do it without one.
