What colour is your Steel Blue Riot?

Hello all, I know this sounds like a dumb question but I am curious if my colour blindness is affecting the colour I see on my '08 Steel Blue Riot. During the day in sun light it looks green, not Jeep Green but still green.

To me, depending on the amount of light, it looks either dark blue or black.

Charcoal or dark blue. Depends on how much light I have available to me.

You aren't alone and I don't think I am colorblind, but I have seen a greenish one that didn't look jeep green and couldn't figure out if it was the jeep green or a weird steel blue reflection.

Charcoal, Ash, Greenish-Blue, and Navy Blue depending on the light and the surroundings. It was hard trying to decide on a color but I knew after looking at the Jeep website I did not want any kind of blue. When I saw it for the first time at the dealership I thought it was the coolest look I've ever seen. It seems to change color on me. Perfect for someone who couldn't decide on a color!

Yeah, I agree with you all. Depends on the light. Sometimes it looks greenish-blue and sometimes at night or when it is overcasted it looks black or navy blue. That's the charm of this color!

It does depend on the light AND the surroundings; mine is silver, but I have seen a few Steel blue jeeps - they look green sometimes, probably because there is a bit of green in the paint.

same here ,and the metallic is realy cool on a clear day too

I also noticed the color the other day!!!... it looked green around 6 p.m.
