To me, depending on the amount of light, it looks either dark blue or black.

 

Charcoal or dark blue. Depends on how much light I have available to me.

Right now it is "road salt grey" with a few spots of dark blue.

 

You aren't alone and I don't think I am colorblind, but I have seen a greenish one that didn't look jeep green and couldn't figure out if it was the jeep green or a weird steel blue reflection.

 

Charcoal, Ash, Greenish-Blue, and Navy Blue depending on the light and the surroundings. It was hard trying to decide on a color but I knew after looking at the Jeep website I did not want any kind of blue. When I saw it for the first time at the dealership I thought it was the coolest look I've ever seen. It seems to change color on me. Perfect for someone who couldn't decide on a color!

Yeah, I agree with you all. Depends on the light. Sometimes it looks greenish-blue and sometimes at night or when it is overcasted it looks black or navy blue. That's the charm of this color!

It does depend on the light AND the surroundings; mine is silver, but I have seen a few Steel blue jeeps - they look green sometimes, probably because there is a bit of green in the paint.

Metallic navy blue, I'd say. In dim light it looks almost black. I've neve noticed a hint of green.

 

I also noticed the color the other day!!!... it looked green around 6 p.m.

 

Its the best. Looks great at night and fllasshhyy in florida sun.
