Hello everyone, I saw there wasn't many posts let alone any with major information on the topic so I figured i'd share my experience and hopefully it will help anyone else interested in preforming it as well.

I have a 2012 Jeep Patriot Sport that came from the factory with Manual windows, locks and mirrors. through various posts i figured out a good portion of what i needed. Everything is plug and play minus the RKE ill get to that later.

In order to do the swap you will need:
All 4 power door latches (5 if you'd like to make your hatch power as well however i chose to leave it alone for now)
All 4 power window regulators
Both power mirrors (not required if you don't care for them)
The complete door wiring harnesses from a patriot that came with power windows and such
And all 4 door panels with switches. (you don't need to replace the entire panel, just the center part where your window crank comes through)

You might also need a cluster from a power jeep as well since that has the drivers for the lock system. I can't confirm if the original cluster will work as i also had pulled the cluster from the same jeep i got the other parts from as it had EVIC

I can't say for certain on other years but before buying anything double check that the body harness is prewired to the door harnesses. just unclip the boot from the body side and you should see that there is more wires ran from the body side compared to the door side.

With all of that said, all that is left to do is replace all of your manual components with the power counterparts and everything should work right off the bat. Also the power windows require the door switches plugged in to function as they will not work without. If you find you don't have power going to these accessories make sure to double check your fuse box to make sure the appropriate fuses are there or missing.

As for factory RKE you would obviously require a new key fob with the buttons. However i am still currently trying to figure out how to get it to work besides just starting the car. If anyone has insight on that let me know otherwise when i figure it out myself i will update here. Hope this was of some help to someone 😊

EDIT:For most of the screws holding the door panel together you will need a t20 bit, The door lock actuator is held in by one T20 on the door panel and 3 T30 bolts on the side. The harnesses are bolted to the door using a T15.

i also had forgot to mention when adding the power latch to the front passenger side i hadn't noticed that the factory power jeeps did not come with a keyhole on that door. given the new latch has no slot for it to work i left it disconnected and removed the rod from the lock mechanism so it didn't rattle around.

Try selecting the Body Computer and Central Gateway Module, then Active Diagnostics (car with hood up) then scroll down to "Car Configuration Change" then Select Option > Vehicle Config 2: RKE System Present
Okay I got it pulled up however when preforming the config it tells me It completed but status is unknown
I'm using an ObdLink EX for context
Edit: So after doing some more research i learned that even though alfaobd is compatible with the EX the patriot itself is not fully compatible with it. I'm gonna order a SX and give it another try tomorrow.

Okay, i got the new cable in and tried it again with the same results. I decided to try it with the car running and that seemed to do the trick. Key had to be reprogrammed again afterwards but now i have the Factory Keyless entry working like it came this way from the factory. Thank you to Sandstone for the help and hopefully this will help others :)
