Hello, we have JEEP PATRIOT 2016. How to I change the speedometer from MPH to km/h, we are going to Vancouver BC tomorrow. Thanks in advance

Km/h scale is below MPH (green arrow in image below).

You can't. But printed on the dial below mph is a kmh scale.
