There are two, one by the manifold and another farther down the exhaust. This is for an '08 but should give you the general idea.

Thanks so much been trying to find out how many my 08 pat has because I wana change them both at the same time

There will always be a pre and post catalytic sensor for each exhaust manifold on an engine. Inline engines will have two, v6 and v8 engines will have 4. Also, having just replaced my post cat sensor, i can confirm the rockauto $25 bosch sensor is the oem sensor as it had the exact same part number on it as my factory sensor from 2008.

Todd, how has the rockauto Bosch sensor performed since install?

Perfect. No issues at all.
Thanks for the tip regarding Rock Auto Bosch sensors. I'm nearing 10 years old Pat with 120K miles.

Should O2 sensors be replaced proactively or are there symptoms/codes that will tell us time to replace? I have a moderate level Autel OBDII scanner (non directional DiagLink model) - can I measure the sensors health BEFORE a code is thrown?

Thanks!

As SeanB said, and the computer will definitely tell you when they are bad. ;)
