As we all have seen on the previous posts, there was a problem with the ESP Full Off mode. Chrysler has FINALLY come up with a flash to fix this

On the TSB, it'll say "NOTE: This bulletin applies to 4x4 vehicles equipped with Electronic Stability Program (sales code BNB) built before June 20, 2008 (MDH 0620XX)."
Mine was built in July 08, but they ran the flash and it fixed my Pat to enable the chime and ESPOFF in the odometer.
All you have to do it put the Pat in neutral, hold ESP OFF for 7-8 seconds, and it'll all work!
If you call your dealership to make an appt to get this done, tell them to look up service bulletin number: 05-004-08.
Thanks to those who found this TSB.
