They should fit with little or no rubbing and no mods, but you'll need to buy the right 18" rims.

 

I have 18” rims already I will go to the tire shop to see if it can fit.

 

Try them first, you may not need a lift or any other modifications.

 

I don't know for sure about 225/60R18, but 225/65R17 is the biggest size tire(given one inch smaller wheel) that will fit with no rubbing, no matter which tires you pick. And if you're planning to go offroad at all, which I'm guessing is the case due to you wanting bigger tires, then a 16 or 17 inch wheel could be wiser as it will allow for more sidewall, which will help cushion the wheels against potholes and big rocks, as well as give a smoother ride due to the extra space for air.

I have 235/55r18 on mine, which are a few millimeters shorter than then 225/60r18.

No rubbing at all.

Also, if concerned about Speedo correction. The max size that can be changed on the computer, for the 6spd auto, is 215/65r17.
