good morning guys! today was the second time this happens one chime and a blink of the dash stability control + abs+ brake lights, before that I was looking for a bad fuse in the engine compartment because my heated seats stoped working, (not sure if thats related) any clues what can be? the other thing I have noticed lately is my head light (all light in general) are not steady but kind of blinking

First things first, get the error codes read if you can.
These symptoms could be caused by the same problem, but error codes might help narrow it down.

Could be electrical, like a ground problem, a bad battery, corroded battery terminals, or something else.

Just to throw a few things out there, I just got mine back from the dealership and one of the services performed was a new set of spark plugs and some ignition coils. Prior to this, if I tried to roll up my windows (while already fully closed) my headlights would dim, and so would interior lighting. It doesn’t anymore (as of yet).

So spark plugs? Ignition coil?

On the ABS stuff, I had an issue with the wheel sensor that caused the same lights as yourself. Is your Riot 4WD? If so see if it lets you put it in 4wd. If not that could be related to that specific issue.

Had the same issue Riot had it was an ABS sensor / all dash light n NO 4WD
