catch them on Ebay. I got my front and rears for $65 plus shipping
Thanks, they do look good on the jeeps! I'll keep my eyes out for some on ebay.
uh, you might want to try your DEALER first? if you have a good relationship with them and someone in their Parts Department, you can probably save yourself some time and even some $$. Mopar List Price on these are $39/pr which of course is $78 for all 4. but no shipping and you can more than likely walk out of there with them in your hands.......no waiting either.

you should ALWAYS check with your local dealer FIRST before you go buying stuff off of eBay or anywhere else online. just a while back someone spent $15-20 for a license plate mount kit, expecting to get a 'bracket' for the front of their Patriot, only to receive a bag with a couple screws in it. no bracket. IF they had checked with their dealer first, they would have known the Patriot DOESN'T HAVE A BRACKET!

CHECK WITH YOUR DEALER FIRST................:smiley_thumbs_up:

I used my free $50.00 from Mopar for one set, and paid for the other. They round out the vehicle very well, asides from stopping a lot of sh** from splashing on the body. Super easy to install!! Cheers, Craigman

Does anyone use Splash Guards and if so what do you think about them?
I had splash guards on mine but took them off. The Patriot rides very low as it is, adding stiff spash guards just destroyed the rest of the ground clearance. Bloody things would scrape against anything as soon as there were any bumps to drive over. And this was when driving in the city! Besides, the 'Pat' gets dirty regardless of whether you have splash guards or not, so personally I didn't really see the benefit of them.

Just installed them on Tuesday. Haven't hit anything with them yet and it hasn't rained lately but I like the fit and look. Perhaps I'll find out how they work (find some mud somewhere) soon!

They are worth it. I noticed a lot of mud and junk being splashed up before I put them on. They look sharp and instillation was easy as all hell. Only recommendation, remove the wheel if you can. It may make it a little easier. At this point I would say wait until your next tire rotation.

Yea I purchased them not to stop mud and such, but to stop stones. Having a black car, anyone who has one as well can attest to how bad nicks and chips in the paint look on a black vehicle. Even with wax you will get a white spot on the car. These single handedly protect my underside and fenders.

I purchased the Mopar molded version and they look and work great. There is a cheaper flat version which are a bit better for snow as it does not collect in the little pockets on each mud flap.

Either way to avoid chips they are an excellent idea.

It`s easy. Its called UNICODE and you can type in virtually any symbol or letter of any language using a western standard keyboard. For example my AE is derived from Old English so the code for Æ is ALT+0198.

If you scroll down you can find a chart with all the needed symbols of a specific language, in this case Old English.

I had the dealership put the splash guards and bug deflector on before I picked my jeep up. I think they work really well, but you need to keep an eye on them in the winter because snow and ice will accumulate and almost rub the tires. just knock off the excess with a an ice scraper. Plus I think they look good.

Those are the ones I have too. Easy installation, look great and keep the rocks and road debris off the side of the vehicle. BUT they are TERRIBLE for off roading. They hold way too much mud and do ruin the what depature angle you do have. Also when I have been in some ruts they act as a plow or scraper of sorts scooping more garbage into the wheel wells. I will take them off next time I play.

You can go to Mopar.com and find anything that Mopar makes for the Patriot and see the price as well and if you want something you can write the number down and contact the dealer or place order and give dealers name. Good shopping. I bought the flat ones for my first Pat and have since bought a second Pat and had the dealer get me the molded ones for my Pat and yes they are easy to install or dealer will do it for around $40.00 I contacted the dealer about the flat ones which I had not installed because I didn't get the time and he's going to take them back and give me credit toward my next set of molded ones at $30.00 a set so $60.00 for front and back. These work great, are half the price and the height is adjustable, just a snip here and there. Easy as cake? pie! 6.5 inches clearance with the 215s......we are going for 235s or 245s for Xmas, need at least another 1/2 inch to go with the lift.

I just ordered the flat splash guard. They are half the price and they looks good too. How is the installation of the flat ones? Do we have to drill holes or we can use the existing ones?

I think they will be usefull because I just did a little off road and the mud and rocks are spilled on the side of the Pat.
Thanks.
