It could be a wheel speed sensor failing, loose (especially on the rear wheels due to corrosion of the retainer clip) or a bad connection, a failing wheel hub, or something else.


I'd get the codes pulled and see what the system thinks is going on.

 

That's the thing I scanned it and there are zero codes. No check engine light either.

 

IDK know what kind of scan tool you have, but the inexpensive ones often don't read ABS codes, which is what will come up when the ABS light goes on.

You might try another scan tool.

 

Fair enough Im using a cheap one lol. But there are no warning lights on whatsoever (check engine, abs, etc.).

 

In the video, the ABS light came on around 2 sec. mark when the speedo dropped out.

In any case, if there's no code history to guide you then you're down to visually checking sensors, connectors and wiring, etc.

 

One last suggestion, the ABS module uses an engine bay ground (G110) on the passenger side down by the windshield washer tank that can corrode in and around the crimp causing all kinds of issues including speedometer drop outs. if it's corroded, the fix is cutting the old eyelet off, stripping the wires to good metal, then adding a new eyelet.
