Rear brake caliper bolt stuck

I am trying to replace the rear wheel bearing assembly on my 2017 patriot and have run into an issue. The upper bolt behind my brake line on the brake caliper mount is seized and the brake line does not give enough room to fit a socket or the closed end of a wrench onto the bolt head. Also, not enough room inside the wheel house to get a cheater bar in. Do I need to remove the break line to be able to fix this issue, or is there another work around.

I been in the same boat. Fortunately it fell under my mechanics warranty since he had an employee that didn't do his job right. I could not break that top bolt of on one side. i managed to do the other side and it had way too much of crusty corrosion build up for a recent brake job.

If the bottom caliper bolt comes out, try rotating the caliper up to flex the hose out of the way.
