I was thinking about trying to modify the grill to fit the commander headlights and found a scratched up headlight on ebay for 2 bucks so I thought I'd give it a shot just to see if it could be done and if it matched up in the grill. I held it up to the Patriot and the headlight is actually a little smaller in height than the Patriot grill and has totally different bulbs and wiring. I'm sure it could be modified to work on the Patriot but don't want to get into that big of a project. I have been looking for measurements of the new Liberty Headlight that looks similar to the Commander one and have am thinking obviosuly that it may fit better. Im going to go down to the dealership and take some measurements and I'll post them on here if anyone is interested. I definately like the look a lot better on my style patriot. Those of you off roaders I think the round ones look better! Not sure really what the difference in output is on the Commander headlights of Liberty eaither. Just took some pics to give you an idea of what it would look like if you can do a headlight modification. If anyone has a Liberty and could hook me up with the measurements that would be cool too. Thanks and enjoy:doh:

The commander headlights are way bigger than that. They are almost as tall as the early gen grills. Also you would have to cut/weld and modify the tubular bracing to accommodate for those bigger headlights. I almost embarked on this journey before, but the bracing, and me not wanting to spend $200 on a bumper to cut it up stopped me dead in my tracks.
