Anyone know of videos demonstrating how to replace the tailgate handle? It snapped off in cold weather.

I don't know of any video's on it, but you'll need to remove the interior lift gate panels to get to it.
Lift the hatch, on the right side of the interior trim is two torx screws, remove those and the rest of the panels pop out with clips.
To give you an idea of where the clips are:

If you have tailgate speakers they'll still be attached to the hatch.
To remove it, first un-clip the wiring harness located on the top of the speaker.
Then drop down the speaker, there are screws holding it into the hatch. Carefully remove those so the speaker doesn't fall
After you get the panels off, you should be able to get to the nuts that hold the handle on.
