245/75/16 have been put on patriots before, they do fit with the right offset wheel, the problem is they are incredibly heavy. They weigh 48lbs + weight of wheels, so you are probably pushing 70lbs for each wheel and tire. They do look sweet though.

According to a random calculator I chose they're 30.5" tall and 9.65" wide. I suppose those might clear but I thought Sandstone just barely cleared his 30x9.5's and even my tires are within an inch or so of rubbing and they're just under 28"...although I do have all the swaybars disconnected...

Might want to add a spacer lift so you don't rip out a fender liner at full compression. Or is it staying on the street?
I SWAPPED OUT THE COILS, I GOT STU COILS ON RIGHT NOW. SO THE COMPRESSION ISNT MUCH THEY ARE SUPER STIFF BUT RIDES SWEET NONE THE LESS. ABOUT THE INNER FENDER I HAMMERED IN THE PINCH WELD, SO IM BARELY GETTING ANY RUBB IN THE INNER FENDER. ILL DO A LITTLE 4X BUT THESE LIL JEEPS AINT MADE FOR CRAWLIN ANYTHING ANYWAYS. MY MB WHEELS ARE WAY LIGHTER THEN THE OEM WHEELS SO IT COMPENSATES FOR THE EXTRA WEIGHT THE TIRES CARRY.

You'd be surprised what they can do. Just be careful at full compression, my tires are just under 28" in diameter and there's maybe 1/2" at full compression before they would rub. I also have my swaybars disconnect but if you flexed it hard enough or had enough weight you might stuff the tires.

Hey guys, so i'm interested in getting the craggier soft 8's and general grabbers for my patriot. I watched a youtube video entitled "Jeep Patriot Rims and Tires" and in it, he says his wheels weren't compatible with the TPMS and he had to deal with his low tire light being on all the time. I would rather not deal with this and was curious if the cragar soft 8's were compatible with the TPMS?

I"ve been thinking more about the 225/70/17 size lately, seems the wider tires require the PWM and spacers, I do know 1 member here ran that size, i'll have to try and find some pictures.
