Our first Jeep!

Hello everyone!

My husband and I just picked up our new 2009 Patriot tonight. We're looking forward to falling in love with it, which seems likely to happen based on what we've read so far on this site!

This is our first Jeep (although hubby is a Mopar guy through and through). It will be "my" car when he's driving his Dakota but "our" car when we're together

So I have learned from lurking on here for the past few days that you guys like details & pics, so here are both for our new Patriot... (I probably have the lingo wrong but oh well): 2009 North Edition, Deep Water Blue (blue is my favourite colour so I'm VERY happy!), Security/Cargo Group, North PLUS Group, P215/65R17 OWL All Terrain Tires, Automatic CVT II, Sunroof, 6Disk DVD MP3 Radio...

Anyway, you "Pat" fans seem like a great group! Glad to be a part of it.

Welcome Northern Neighbor. Very pretty Jeep it is my second choice in color as Since I was a teenager I have always thought Jeeps should be red. But in general my favorite color is blue. Enjoy the group and your Jeep.

nice jeep! i am on the verge of ordering a jeep, but i still haven't quite decided yet. i just accepted a new job offer and will be relocating to north jersey.

keep us updated on your jeep and what cool things you like about it, how it drives in the beginning, etc...

Greeting from Alberta, Prairiegal. I'm sure you'll love your Jeep. Mine is at 21,000 km now, and has never had any problems at all. Best and most versatile vehicle I've ever owned.

Oh and I forgot to mention our Jeep is also a 4x4... for those Canadian prairie winters!!

Actually Dave we didn't get the Sun & Sound; the dealer said the sunroof was put in before the Sun & Sound group came along (or something like that). We bought "off the lot" as they had a blue one that had pretty much everything we wanted.
