I was out and about today and spotted two different Pat/Riots on the streets, one was silver and the other khaki like mine within a 30 min. period. This makes 4 that I know of in Casper and our city has a population of between 50-60,000 people. I was truly surprised at the sighting and it's good to know the numbers are growing.

Lately, I've seen more and more around here.

Saw a Khaki Limited in the grocery store parking lot this afternoon. I actually took a detour around the lot to ogle it.

And just a couple of weeks ago, I saw 2 in one day, out on the streets of Fresno.

I'm hoping to get mine before they become too commonplace. If I place my order in Nov, I should take delivery in Jan or so.

Still rare in my area. One other one like mine. Saw a black one. There was a blue one, they moved a few months ago. I know I saw a black one from Washington State go through town. I'm thinking and hoping to see more in this area. Small county very rural. I'm sure if I lived in bigger county and not so rural area I'd see more.

I know there are about four other Patriots in my area, but on a 100 mile round trip the other day, didn't see another one on the road. I had my thumb all set up to give the Patriot Wave, but we were alone. I get lots of nice looks, though!

My area of the Sunshine State is still overrun by Wranglers and Grand Cherokees... I guess that implies that demographics are congested with offroaders and soccer moms? :p

I am starting to see more Pats, though... but, as many members have pointed out in other threads, the trend is only slowly moving away from gas-guzzling tanks to more fuel-efficient rigs. Some people have "something to prove" with their oversized beasts; others are ignorant of the other (better) options that are out there; the rest simply don't care. (All presumptions, of course. ;))

With all the issues (environmental, political, etc) regarding fuel, you'd think that the majority would want to make the switch to the universally uber-friendly Pat... but, then again, look at the majority in question... eek.

I have seen more and more on the road here in west texas. Mamoth pickups reign supreme here in cowboy land. Mostly college kids in the patriots. Soon there a 35yr old military man roaming the streets in one :)
