2016 Jeep patriot Sport, we need to find a good backup camera to install.
Any suggestions are welcome.

I don't have a backup camera, but there are a few here who've installed them so hopefully one of them can chime in with some advice.

It might also be helpful to know which radio you have (factory or aftermarket).

Probably none that you'd like, as I'm the sort that believes a Jeep should be rather simple and if you really want all the tech, a Cadillac or Mercedes might be more up your alley. There's plenty of folks here who have done it though, as is their choice with their own rides. Some even installed super-wide tablets so you can barely tell the difference between their Jeeps and one of those toy things from Tesla.

@isince1939 if nothing turns up here suggestion-wise I'd go over to Crutchfield, plug your cars info in, and see what comes up.

If you're using a stock radio, you may also need a copy of alfaobd, appcar, or jscan to enable the camera feature in the system, or have a dealer enable it.

I purchased a new radio with backup cam from Crutchfield. A little bit of a pain to run the video cable from the back to the front though.
