Yes, mine came factory with one.

If you do a search on the part number you might find a better price:

Are you wanting the rear hook for functionality or for looks? If you're just after functionality, I'd recommend getting a hitch instead. They're WAY more versatile. Probably cheaper too.

That's what I use on the rare occasions that I take my Pat out in the wilderness. When I got my hitch and recovery hook I thought that the rear tow hook was kinda pointless, so I removed it and put a 4" LED pod light in it's place.

read up on my rear tow hook install, very simple, not many skills required

As long as you realise that anything you're "screwing" into that location is NOT designed for recovering your vehicle if it gets stuck.

You're literally screwing something into the metal bumper reinforcement bar, which is designed to deform/collapse on impact.

You will simply rip your metal reinforcement bar, along with the plastic external bumper bar, clean off your vehicle if you try any sort of off road recovery from that point... Plenty of YouTube clips out there to support this claim

This is one of the funnier clips out there, this could happen to your Patriot if you use the screw in point for a recovery:
