I don't have any labeling like that on mine, perhaps this is something the previous owner did.

 

Thanks for your reply. That is interesting. I thought for sure this was a Jeep thing. Maybe the previous owner did this as an anti theft serial number sort of thing. Maybe some sort of off road trail rates thing? This same number is on every window, both headlight covers, and on the wheels. Hopefully someone on this forum has seen something like this and can let me know what it is. I am now extremely curious. Thank you.

My Patriot was originally from Canada. It looks like the numbering system is anti theft etching. Pretty cool actually.

Yeah, the Toyota dealer put it on fun little sporty car I bought back in '03. Glass is probably the last thing I'd worry about being stolen from it, but whatever. Haha

 

There is nothing like this on my car. I tried to find any information on the Internet, but I found only similar serial numbers for the production of high-explosive shells of the US Army😅
