Horn acting funky

Hey all! I have a 2015 Patriot Sport that I recently installed a set of air horns on. I tapped into the factory horn wire, and have also left the factory horn in place. Now, when I hit the horn, it will only go off once every few seconds whilst holding it. Is this a horn issue or an issue with the TIPM controlling the horn?
