Just to confirm I want to get input on the following new update coming to my Patriot:

Black Status Dynasty 20" with 245/40/20 tires all the way around

Everything should fit comfortably in my wheel well right?

I just looked up those wheels on the web, they should look good.

This is a great site, not only for Patriot information, but our members offer a variety of other information as well. If you are interested in becomming a "Site Supporter" click the following link it doesn't cost very much only $15 or $20 and helps keep the site going. http://www.jeeppatriot.com/forum/showthread.php?t=2872

Our Site Admin guys are working on updating the site with new software and every little bit helps.

When I got the wheels put on and balanced the dude told me that the tire pressure sensor from the stock wheels will not properly sit in the new rims. As a result, he said my light would be on on the dash. Everything seems fine and there is no light on on the dash.

What should I do? 1) Just leave everything as is and monitor the tire pressure myself occasionally or 2) take it to Jeep to see if they have sensors that fit?

My issue is that I don't want Jeep to use the bigger wheels as an excuse to void my warranty. I still have the stock wheels so I can always switch to stock wheels for inspections and maintenance at the dealership.

Thoughts??? Advice???

wheels wont damage nothing if you got the right offset and match your old tire size in my display picture my Lincoln has 20" on it and rub everything including lower a arm and relocated strut if this was to be on your jeep yes you would have a problem and dealer will void warranty you can actually put 22" on these jeeps and with the right mount not rub anything.

its a common sense that larger wheels will give more stress to the suspension, engine and the breaks etc. on the user menu it says.
(c) non-original specification tyre rims are fitted to your vehicle, then the warranty will not cover these unauthorised after-market modifications or components or part of the vehicle that are damaged or need to be repaired or a direct or indirect result of the fitment or operation of the unauthorised after-market modification will void your warranty.:blah:

That's ridiculous, that is a smaller diameter then the stock wheels!
