Thanks. I'm actually looking into the draw-tite at the moment. Seems to be the best option. I don't mind having the rear bumper cut out to accommodate. Nothing worse than spending all this money for a lift to have it negated by a low hanging hitch

 

I have the Curt class 3. Not too bad of a drop, plus since you have bigger tires and the stu coils there should be even less issue.

 

I got a U-Haul hitch and they installed it. My problem was that I took the ball mount from my old Wrangler. It had a significant drop because the Wrangler was pretty far off the ground. The Patriot is much lower. When I put it on my Patriot it dragged at various times and places. My solution was to get a ball mount that was pretty near level. All I pull is my 5x8 utility trailer or once I rented a mid-sized enclosed U-Haul. No problems.
