batt good,starter good,fuses good except no power to 23,25,26 in tipm,relays not corroded or broken,new ignition switch same thing radio goes out when try to start,did not change actuator with ignition switch did not look damaged in need of a good clear wiring diagram of starting system. no clutch its auto even a flow chart might help.
