New Patriot Owner in Philly

Good evening all:

My name is Ruthie and I just purchased a Sport 4x4 last night in Bright Silver! :banana: I first got interested into Chryslers because I owned Neons but it was time to upgrade to something more reliable and bigger. I went to Chryslers at Carlisle today and didnt see too many Patriots which is understandable!

Just thought I would say Hi...dont know too much about these cars yet but I simply cant wait to learn! :smiley_thumbs_up:

Congrat on the new Jeep. I'm in Philly too with a Silver Riot. It's a great little SUV for the city, easy to park and fits in small spots.

nice.
silver was my first choice.
but dealer had no FDII's on the lot.
so steel blue it was.
(only one on a 300 mile dealer search!)

I wanted white originally but this silver one was the only one on the lot that had the wheel group...I certainly wasnt going buy a Patriot with stamp steel wheels on it!

I have no idea...they were what was available on the car. The other Patriots on the lot only had stamped steel wheels! Does anyone know about the wheels??

I have the exact same color and same wheels. I think it's the standard silver color on the wheels but on the bright silver body, they are a slightly darker silver. When installed on a different color (black, red, etc) you don't notice that the silver is different. Mine look the same way. Good choice on color! I love my bright silver Patriot (I traded in a 2002 bright silver Dakota R/T...so I'm a little partial to the color).

Ugh I got my first ding today because some old lady doesnt know how to control her door on her damn BUICK....I am NOT happy!

I got her insurance info though and will be calling in the AM. Ugh what a bad day.

UGH that is frustrating! But at least you have her info. I was not so lucky shortly after I purchased mine and had to pay for the damage myself
