On my second tank of gas I was able to measure HWY MPG on my 2014 4x4 w/ 2.4 Got 28.46. I feel good about this. I expect it will get a little better after some engine break in.

Flashing is writing new information to a computer chip, specifically in this case it would mean uploading data to give the circumference of the new wheels so that the cars brain could correctly convert each revolution of the wheels into distance travelled and to also calculate speed. Flashing isn't always necessary as the information may already be on the chip (manufacturers recommended alternative sizes should already be stored) though it would need the right equipment to connect to the chip to tell it which one to use, and some dealers will tell you that only the options already on the chip can be used, therefore only recommended tyre sizes can be safely fitted. What is the term "flash" I've read in this and another thread? Thanks in advance.

Not in my case, or several others.I get better MPG on a HWY that is 55MPH then I do going 70MPH. I think its because of the small engine. 70 is just to much for the engine to do without burning through gas
