In 2 weeks I've driven over 1600 miles and averaged between 24-27 mpg with 6 fill ups- lots of highway but still a lot of city, it's been very windy so I'm sure I could have gotten better! Patriot still performs nicely getting around slow old ladies even with the added weight of being loaded down with stuff while I've been moving.
Have yet to put my bug deflector or window vents on, hopefully this weekend!

Pat is just sitting in the garage :( since its 2 front lower control arms are in the garbage bin - I hope to get them tomorrow so that's how I'll spend my Friday evening! If not, I'll just do a major int/ext clean-up
Insulated community here - no road link, so parts have to fly in by plane ($$$ and delays) then I do most of the jobs by myself to save the same $$$!

Washed her ;)

spent way too long on the soft bits

Nothing today put this past Saturday I had my new Rims put on and IT LOOKS WAAAY BETTER. I had the Tire Shop do a Bead Balance. I know this thread is WORTHLESS WITHOUT PICTURES!!! Gots to get my camera or borrow my camera from my Girlfriend.

I got my two front windows tinted, nothing fancy just a light 50%. Also installed my Rola roof rack. And some new WeatherTech digital fit matts that have already paid for themselves :smiley_thumbs_up:

Tried to steal my moms alpine 8" sub. Dad came out and wasn't happy even though he had approved the idea moments before. Curses! I NEED AN EIGHT!

Also, wandered around sites and in my head about upsizing or downsizing my audio. College is around the corner.

New Shoes For Our 2007

Other than holding the title since the final payment last month, we just replaced the 235s with same HTs. $437 pro-rated replacements from Pep Boyz.

Did all the pads and rotors(4) back in February, so she is like new in those departments.

Trouble-free '07 up to this point. I am going to look into replacing the carpet with something that looks like carpet, not the 'hemp' they used in the originals. And my wife wants zebra seatcovers. ;-)

47,760 miles and counting.

I touched up some stone chips on the front end.

$16 Canadian for a lipstick sized tube of matching paint from the dealer!
I looked at Lordco and NAPA and neither had Mineral Grey and it was getting done this weekend so I bit my tongue and bought if from the Parts (of your Heart) Department.

I can see a clear Plasti Dip stone bra in my future if this keeps up. Those flat leading edges sure attract rock chips, eh?

I was thinking the exact same thing. Do you think it would hold up to high pressure car washes?

I don't know about high pressure but I run my Patriot through a wand wash at the last mill I go to daily. Its pretty high pressure in that I wouldn't want to get the tip pointed at my flabby bits but I don't think it would shred my shoes, you know? Just to knock off the grime and dust of gravel/blast rock road travel.

I'm not careful but neither do I "miss" the Plasti Dip on my side door Patriot badges and it is on thin. But I do hit that area with the fan, not the close up jet, if you know what I'm saying.

Been a month and a bit and its all there still...that includes numerous hand washes and one wax job.

From my limited experience and from watching video and reading online I'm thinking it only comes off if you want it to....when I pulled the flash off my badges I really had to tug.

The PAT and the C5 got a bath today. I am interested in coating the PAT's seven slot grille and a few other bug impact areas, in a protective clear coat.
