I need help my passenger CV Axle doesn't want to seat all the way. I get the ring locked but the Axle isn't seating all the way in.

Check it against the old one, make sure it's the same length.

I bought the new one because the original was doing the same thing

On mine, when the circlip / ring snaps into place the axle is fully seated.

I'd check to make sure it's the right part, and if they're aftermarket that also might have something to do with it.
