I have the stock radio and am looking to replace it. I don't need anything great, music, bluetooth and a USB slot. No screens,plug and play or something a beginner can do. Does anyone have any recommendations?

I don't have one, but you might look at the digital media receivers on Crutchfield.
No touchscreen, no CD, but supports USB and bluetooth.
Put in your cars specifics to get the units that will fit best. They should be able to tell you what cabling, etc. you need and can usually offer install support.
I bought a new unit for my Pat, nice big screen, fairly easy set up...glad I did.
