Edit: looks to be coming from the plastic thermostat housing, guessing the little bit of extra torque was enough to pull the gasket or something, has anyone tried using an aluminum housing instead? I see there’s one available on Amazon and I’d rather not have this headache again if I have to get at the trans mount.
I just removed and replaced the trans mount and had to use a jack with a piece of wood to raise the trans for the thrubolt. Please tell me I didn't ruin my transmission, it's watery and tastes like coolant but not 100% because the trans oil is also red in color
